GOX Referral Details

Referrals For Global Outsourcing eXchange

How It Works:
You (the "referrer") introduces us via telephone or eMail to a friend or businesses colleague who is a decision maker in a company that could benefit from our services. If we end up providing consultancy or outsourcing services to the company, the referrer will receive 10% of total revenue from that company in the first 12 months. I've provided key information below, but please give me a ring if you have questions or would like to discuss in a little more detail.

Key Points On Referrals:
1. Referrals can come from your every day contacts & friends, or from your extended network (linked-in / plaxo / facebook, etc.
2. We ask for a 15 minute conference call to introduce ourselves and learn a bit about their company. If there's a fit, we'll schedule a follow up. If not, we will not contact them again without their permission.
3. We strongly prefer a direct introduction from you to the referral business via telephone or eMail, but we can also contact people directly if that makes you feel more comfortable. Again - if there's no interest, we will not contact them again without their permission.

What Kind Of Companies Can Benefit From GOX?
Our clients seek to reduce costs or raise quality by improving the way they purchase, hire and/or manage technology and back office services. We can support virtually any industry (finance, retail, manufacturing, etc.), and our target company is mid-sized (well established, but not Fortune 100) or a start-up with VC funding looking to keep development costs down. A few of the most common needs that we support:

1. Offshoring support (e.g. India, China, E. Europe): Company seeks advice and support in outsourcing to lower cost locations, or they seek help improving the quality of work already being delivered from these lower cost destinations.
-
Our core niche is working with offshore service providers. We have processes that eliminate wasted effort, variation and the risk associated with offshoring, while getting our clients the most competitive prices & terms in the industry.

2. Sourcing and managing a new IT team: Company needs to install a new IT system, improve their website or provide better support for existing applications used by their employees.
- We can source and manage a team that meets their needs quickly, effectively, and at the lowest price.

3. Reducing the cost of existing services: Company wants to reduce the price it pays for services (such as its help desk, software development and testing, application maintenance, infrastructure support, finance/accounting number crunching).
- We can help develop a comprehensive cost-reduction strategy, and work with them step-by-step in delivering it.

4. Quality improvements: Company currently outsourcers technology or back office services, but they are having difficulty attaining the quality they desire.
- We can work with all levels of the company (as well as their suppliers) to raise quality beyond expected levels.
